2 weeks agoThe stay was average overall. Initially, the room we booked had issues with the window lock, and the mosquito net on the window was broken. After informing the staff, they shifted us to another room, but that room also had a window lock problem. Finally, we upgraded to a premium room, and they provided a ₹400 discount for the inconvenience. Appreciate the support from the staff, but room maintenance needs improvement. If you are looking for a premium segment room, it is perfectly fine. The rooms are neatly maintained.
