Am putting 1star because no zero there Stayed at this lodge with a group and had a very disappointing experience. Charged ₹2,400 for the room plus an extra ₹600 for an additional bed, but the AC did not work throughout the stay despite informing staff. We returned just 30 minutes after checkout time and were still charged the full amount with no adjustment or understanding shown. When we raised concerns about the billing and AC issue, staff behavior was aggressive and unprofessional rather than helpful. Poor value for money and poor customer service. Would not recommend this place to other travelers.

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience I was only 30 minutes late, but the hotel charged me an extra ₹2,000, which I had to pay. I found this charge unreasonable and was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. The room also had a bad smell, and the AC was not working properly. When I complained, the staff's response was not helpful or professional. For the money paid, I expected much better service and basic facilities. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless the management improves its customer service, room maintenance, and transparency regarding extra charges.
