a month agoHorrible . It cannot be called as a resort. Food is terrible. No customer service. They don't even have a bill or receipt.

2 months agoLast day we stayed at this place and we had the worst experience here. Food was really diappointed ( not fresh, cold ). The terrible thing was we ended up staying without electricity whole night. We were 28 adults and 6 children suffered and spoiled the family get together we were exited about. The swimming pool is not safe, we got injury for kids and women lead to blood. The worst thing was there is no first aid. The back up Generator failed after 3 hrs and we had to stay the whole night without electricity. No basic aminities like fridge and inverter which was assured. The most exited family get together ended up as most suffered day. By the way they had best ambinence but nothing else is good. And even the reviews doesnt seem to be genuine enough...
