Velloor Heritage Homestay

Stayed for a couple nights for a wedding in town. The host and her husband were lovely, and they made South Indian food especially on my request. The bed was comfortable, the room had good air conditioning, and I particularly enjoyed staying in this traditional family house with a beautiful garden and a charming view by the river.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful heritage homestay in Muvattupuzha. The riverside location adds a peaceful charm, and it’s easily accessible from the town, making it very convenient. A special mention to the host, Sindhu, who is incredibly warm, energetic, and genuinely passionate about hosting. She made us feel completely at home—it honestly felt like staying with someone we already knew. She was always ready to help, whether it was arranging transport or guiding us to nearby attractions and good food spots. The homely breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. Overall, this is one of the best places to stay in Muvattupuzha. Anyone who chooses this homestay will surely have a memorable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Privacy was well maintained throughout the stay, which added to the comfort. The house is well-equipped with all necessary facilities, clean, and thoughtfully maintained.
