This was my third stay at Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda. For the past five years, I have travelled to India every year to care for my health and wellbeing through Ayurveda. Having experienced two other centres, I can now wholeheartedly say that this is the place I choose to return to. For me, these are truly healing holidays. If you are looking for a resort with a swimming pool and entertainment, this may not be the right fit. Here, the focus is on caring for you, with a deeply personal and compassionate approach. What makes this place so special is the people. The warmth of the family, the dedication of the doctors and the kindness of the therapists make you feel embraced from the very first moment. There is such care in the smallest details, and a sense of peace that wraps around you like a little bubble. It is difficult to put into words. You have to be there to feel it. The food is an experience in itself, and the treatments are tailored to your individual needs and the challenges you arrive with. I personally felt their benefits and how much this time meant to my wellbeing. At the end of my stay, I leave with a heart full of gratitude and one clear thought: I want to come back. I have spent 21 days for my Ayurvedic treatment. All the treatment and diet meals are prepared according to your personal dosha, pathology and health. During all my stay the treatment has been made hundred percent personalize for me. I would like to thank your professionalism work, team management, communication, healthy food, treatment programs, all the class planned for us (yoga, streaking, morning walk, cooking class) and all presentation about Ayurveda, Heart, the different dosha, treatment … I spend memorable day and I would like to thank all the team specially doctors, therapist, the kitchen and all family members and staff.
