a week agoWe had booked here as a family and everyone was really looking forward to it... There were young children to the elderly... But when we got there, we had a very bad experience with the management... As per their instructions, they said they would pick us up from the boat jetty at 11 am and take us there. We got there at 10.45 am... But the boat arranged by the resort or their people were not there. It was only after 12.30 that the boat was arranged. We had to wait there until then. By then, the children and the elderly were exhausted. They took us to the resort at around 1 pm. When we got there, we asked them for wifi, but they said they couldn't provide it. The wifi was only for CCTV and they didn't know the password... After drinking tea, they said that we could use the pool until 4 pm. When it was time, we went to the pool and felt very sad. The water was black and river water. They have not treated it and the pool is not ready even after 6 o'clock.. They added chlorine and stirred it and asked them to go and increase the water level but they did not do that either. We had arranged some programs in the hall at night. The hall was A/C but it was not cold at all... The lights were also low... Due to their poor management, we could not carry out many of our plans as all the programs were delayed.... Then when we went to bed, the electricity went out intermittently and many people lost sleep due to the heat and mosquitoes.... The tea we got with breakfast in the morning was not worth putting in our mouths because of the chlorine taste... This was the service we received from there.... I feel very sad because all the family members came to get together very happily and showed such poor behavior and wasted our precious time and money and ruined our happiness and peace

a week agoI recently stayed at this resort and was disappointed with the overall experience.several amenities advertised on the website were either unavailable or poorly maintained. The staff response to our concerns was slow.

a week agoThe location is great but there's not enough staff at the resort; just 1 person managing everything - kitchen, rooms... The food was excellent, we ordered fish, chicken fry, fried rice. All were great.
