2 weeks agoWe recently had our family get-together at Clouds Village Farm Resort with around 50 people, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience for everyone. The resort was very clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our entire group, with enough beds for nearly 60 people. The auditorium was excellent for our gatherings and activities, and the swimming pool along with the basketball and badminton play areas kept both kids and adults happily engaged. The food was absolutely delicious and always served on time, which made managing such a large group very easy. What impressed us even more were the highly economical rates offered by the resort. A special mention to Jiji, the resort owner, and his four staff members — they made us feel completely at home with their warmth, care, and hospitality. Highly recommended for family get-togethers, reunions, and group stays!

a month agoWe clearly understand the rules regarding DJ/music after 10 PM, and our complaint is not about that. We respect legal restrictions. The real issue was that the lights were switched off while our wedding function was still going on and guests were still present. Our function actually started at 6 PM, but the generator was turned on by the resort staff from 3 PM onwards. We had only agreed to pay the generator charges on an hourly basis, and there was no proper discussion that the timing would be counted from 3 PM before the actual function even started. The owner only asked for advance payment during booking, and we paid accordingly. If balance payment or generator timing was such an important issue, it should have been communicated clearly and professionally before the event, not handled by suddenly switching off the lights during the function. At least as basic hospitality and common sense, the lights should have remained on until the guests had left peacefully. Turning off the lights created embarrassment, discomfort, and completely spoiled the atmosphere of our wedding day. More than money, our disappointment is about the rude behavior and lack of professionalism shown on such an important once-in-a-lifetime occasion.

a month agoVisited this place to attend a wedding function. These guys need to get a lot of things correct to host a marriage function. No lights leading to the venue. Parking and washroom area were poorly lit. No permanent electricity connection at the temporary venue. You could easily blame the event management company for many things. But 99% visitors will blame the venue only. And it will affect your reputation.
