6 months agoCrunchys restaurant is currently closd , because they have corparate office in thodupuzha , Restaurant is closed because of there "well" management. There dealings is too bad and irresponsible behavior to staff and enterpreners .Clear mismanagement in each and every sectors, they are not even studied about market, that is the reason the restaurant is currently closed.

11 months agoCrunchys in Thodupuzha is a nice spot with good service. The ambiance is pleasant. Food was just moderate for me. The burger didn't quite hit the mark, but the French fries were a highlight. The mojito was refreshing and well-made. Overall, a decent visit, but room for improvement in the food department.

a year agoCrunchys is one of my favorite fried chicken choice in Thodupuzha. The food here is tasty. Yesterday when I visited the store I just had the curving for fried chicken . When checked the menu saw an option for 1 pieces fried chicken with side of fries and buns for 169 which seemed very fair price. I don't felt like having bun, so I informed the waiter to don't bring bun (didn't want to throw it or waste it) and add extra garlic paste. They brought the same. But when paying bill they asked to pay Rs.215 explaining that fried chicken is 105, fries cost 99 and extra garlic paste cost . Which I personally felt like cheating customer. Even if I brought that comb with extra garlic paste it should have cost me only around 190 or so. The same item without the bun (the price for the thought of saving the food we don't prefer to eat) cost me around 50 rupees extra. Please be careful with such behavior because if it repeating even if the food is tasty or good people might choose other place where they are valued.
