What a wonderful mandi and his service i wil better to eat masala Shawaya madhi i verryy much like it

This is the third time I’m ordering from Malabar Grills, Thodupuzha (near Federal Bank), and unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the quantity of rice they provide with their mandi. I ordered ¼ Alfam Mandi. Even before, I had requested some extra rice because the quantity was very less. This time also, while placing the order, I specifically asked, “Can you please add some extra rice?” They said okay. But when I received the parcel, the rice quantity was extremely less. Compared to the quantity provided by other mandi restaurants, this was noticeably very little. I’m not complaining about the taste, but the rice quantity really needs to be looked into, especially when a customer specifically requests extra rice and is told it will be added. Since this is the third time I’ve had the same experience, I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the portion size.
