2 weeks agoVery disappointing experience at Malabar Village, Thodupuzha. The food and service were extremely disappointing. I ordered food and had to wait for almost one hour, which is far too long for a restaurant. Another major issue was the lack of water in the washroom for handwashing. If you are planning to visit, you may literally need to bring your own water to wash your hands. Overall, the service was very poor and the waiting time was unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the food service and basic facilities.

2 weeks agoTerrible service,food quality varies by a wide margin RECEIVED WRONG PORTIONS ON MULTIPLE ORDERS, Constantly gets online orders wrong-ordered half portion of al faham twice on Swiggy and received quarter instead,never went after a refund the first time and the second time Swiggy execs initially lowballed the refund to something like a 70 bucks voucher, When something like this repeatedly happens you gotta wonder if it's a mistake or something else
