Gmart technician installed it, found it faulty, then deliberately locked and disconnected the unit promising to return in two days check again; he never came back. For over a month I have followed up by phone, visited the store in person, and sent three formal written demands for a refund, and zero action. The AC and its fittings still block a room in my house, and the Branch Manager has not even acknowledged the issue. Save yourself the money and the headache - this branch does not stand behind its products or its service, and I am now forced to file a consumer complaint before the District Commission to recover my hard-earned money.
