Nandilath G Mart

We purchased a Crompton remote-controlled fan from Nandilath G-Mart, Thodupuzha, in December last year. Unfortunately, before even completing one year of use, the fan developed a problem and stopped rotating. The product is still under warranty. We registered a complaint with the Thodupuzha store two weeks ago. However, even after two weeks, no technician has visited us, and we have not received a single call or update from their side. I personally called the store three times to follow up, but there has been no proper response or action so far. It is extremely disappointing that a customer has to repeatedly contact the store

Extremely disappointing customer service and poor management. Even after making the payment, we were asked to collect the items from a different location, which was very inconvenient. The entire process was poorly organized, with no proper coordination or communication. I deeply regret my decision to purchase from this place. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very poor service. The products have frequent complaints, and even after reporting them, they only do temporary repairs. The same problem happens again. No proper support after purchase. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend buying from here.
