in the last weekPoor Hygiene, Safety Hazard, and Difficult Access – Proceed with Caution We had a very disappointing experience at this resort. The rooms and bathrooms were not clean, and hot water was not available throughout our stay. The food quality and taste were well below average as well. Our room was located on the bottom-most level, making accessibility extremely difficult and inconvenient. Most critically, there is a severe safety concern. On the morning after our check-in, the rope on the resort's single vertical lift snapped, causing the cabin to completely collapse. We were lucky to escape unharmed. If anyone is planning to stay here, please thoroughly inquire about safety conditions and amenities before making a booking. I would strongly advise exercising extreme caution.

a week agoA beautiful place to enjoy with family or friends.Dinner was okay okay but breakfast was really good. They have a lot of options for food. There are two swimming pools. One is at the bottom which has a slide and a waterfall space which is the main highlight Swimming pools and all of the activities space were clean. Rooms were also good. Only thing negative is bathroom.Bathroom is clean but there are too many snails and frogs. If that is looked after its a great place for a staycation. There are lot of options beside the property to visit too.
