in the last weekI had a very disappointing experience at this medical shop. I gave them a valid doctor's prescription, but instead of dispensing the prescribed medicine, the staff member claimed that the doctor's spelling was wrong and gave me a completely different medication. I had specifically gone to buy medicine for pimples, but I was given medicine meant for vomiting and stomach issues. Fortunately, I checked with another medical shop, where they immediately identified the correct medicine and provided exactly what my doctor had prescribed. This incident could have had serious consequences if I had taken the wrong medication. I am also concerned that the person who attended me may not have been a qualified pharmacist. A pharmacy should never substitute prescribed medicines without proper verification. I hope the management takes this matter seriously to ensure patient safety.

a year agoThey have good parking and eye-catching advertisements — probably the only real positives. However, the actual experience is disappointing. More often than not, the medicine you need won’t be available, or they’ll say the same brand isn’t in stock and try to offer an alternative. It often feels like they’re either running to a nearby store to get it or searching aimlessly in their own shelves. Honestly, it doesn’t seem like they even know where things are kept. Ironically, the smaller nearby pharmacies, though less flashy, tend to be far more reliable and efficient. You're better off going to them instead.
