My father had a prolonged hospitalization here under the care of Dr. Jibin, and we were very happy with the way the hospital treated him. Dr. Jibin was highly responsive and approachable, and he always took the time to respond whenever I reached out by phone or WhatsApp. What impressed me even more was the continued support after discharge. The hospital’s Public Relations Officer Mr. Arul George Thomas personally helped us with recurring insurance-related queries for more than three months. He went beyond his working hours on several occasions to clarify our concerns and support us the required documents for the insurance process. The level of care, responsiveness, and genuine support from both the doctor and hospital staff made a difficult period much easier for our family. Highly recommended for the compassionate care and excellent patient support.
