2 weeks agoVery disappointing casualty service Extremely disappointing experience at Nirmala Medical centre. What should have been a simple casualty visit took nearly 3 hours. There were only around two other patients and plenty of nurses, yet everything was incredibly slow. It took about 30 minutes just for the doctor to examine my friend, followed by an IV drip that took only around 15 minutes. The blood test report, however, took around 1.5 hours. The worst part was the lack of coordination. I had to repeatedly ask the nurses whether the report had arrived, and only then would they contact the lab. At one point, a nurse took us to the lab for the blood test and simply walked away without informing the lab staff properly. We waited for around 30 minutes before I went back to ask what was happening, only to find out that the test had already been done. Even though the casualty department wasn't busy, an enormous amount of time was wasted because the staff weren't communicating properly or keeping track of basic tasks. Patients shouldn't have to constantly follow up with hospital staff just to get routine procedures completed. Very poor coordination and extremely inefficient service. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.

3 weeks agoGetting a good psychiatrist is like a blessing and I feel like I'm blessed cause I have dr Sandra, whenever I visit her I feel like this sisterly connection with her, she treats every patients like that I guess. Thank you doctor for keeping in touch and being available for me (for us) ❤️

a month agoVery disappointing experience. The hospital made us wait for hours without any proper explanation or updates. The staff did not seem to care about patients’ time, and the overall patient care was poor. I understand that hospitals can be busy, but better organization, communication, and concern for patients are expected. I hope the management takes steps to improve the waiting time and the quality of care.
