in the last weekVery disappointing experience. The hospital made us wait for hours without any proper explanation or updates. The staff did not seem to care about patients’ time, and the overall patient care was poor. I understand that hospitals can be busy, but better organization, communication, and concern for patients are expected. I hope the management takes steps to improve the waiting time and the quality of care.

a month agoI've been seeing Dr.Sandra for almost 3 months . She creates a safe and non- judgemental space. I appreciate how clearly treatment options were explained to me , and I always felt my concerns were taken seriously . Dr.Sandra is compassionate , patient ,and knowledgeable 🩷 .Interacting with her helped me adopt coping strategies and learn to accept unfavourable situations better . Grateful for the support during a tough time 🥰💝. Would recommend to anyone looking for a psychiatrist at Nirmala Medical Centre , Muvattupuzha . Also , good facilities are there in the hospital.
