a highly disappointing experience I had with the front desk reception team. As a patient, I expect a basic level of professionalism and care, which was entirely invisible during my visit. The receptionist on duty was completely ignoring patients waiting for registration while remaining consistently on phone calls.So i had decided to go some other hospital.This is not the first time. That is why iam mentioning this.The front desk team always behaves like we are there for begging. Please consider this issue for the future improvement.

Very bad experience... very badService

The doctors here are good, but the emergency department is a major drawback. When I brought in my grandfather, who had collapsed due to persistent fatigue and could not even hold his head up, we faced severe delays. I arrived 15–20 minutes after him, and they were still making him wait while the doctor saw other patients whose conditions were far less serious. It was only when we asked if we could take him to another hospital that they finally started his treatment. It was an awful experience, and I strongly advise against coming here for emergencies. Additionally, the reception and billing share a single counter, leading to crowds. It consistently takes 30 minutes to an hour just to settle a bill. If you could lose your cool you could get the bill sooner .
