Karuna Hospital

Small hospital with limited facilities. Consulted the senior physician and was happy with the treatment experience from this doctor. But the hospital calls for renovation, as the hospital environment is not up to mark. The token system, patient registration, etc., is not great, as I took some time to understand how the system works here. From the reception desk, what I first got was a small bit of paper as a token, which I felt absurd. Even the government PHC has a better token system than this hospital. The medicine and consultation charges seemed to be normal (not too high, not less either).

Very much delay in reception, No coordination seen there, BUT Ortho dr consultation was good.

Very bad experience.the emergency department nurses are very careless.until now they don't know the IM site.how they will take care the patients without gloves they are giving injection and checking vital signs also .after checking vitals they are not doing hand washing.The lighting also not proper inside the emargency. all the lights are off very bad experience
