a week agoExcellence in Healthcare: Holy Family Hospital, Muthalakodam Our recent experience at the Urology Department of Holy Family Hospital, Muthalakodam, Thodupuzha was very good. My husband needed a urology surgery here. The treatment and care under the leadership of Urologist Dr. Saravanan Rajendiran was both comforting and reassuring. His polite manner, vast experience and care towards the patient are immense. Apart from the doctor, every staff member there treated the patients with utmost love, kindness and compassion. We received excellent service from the hospital. Such healthcare services that bring relief in difficult times are truly commendable. We express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team of this hospital.

a week agoI had a very good experience at Holy Family Hospital, Thodupuzha. The treatment, care, and overall hospital services were excellent and very well organized. I was especially impressed by the professionalism and expertise of Dr. Saravanan Rajendran, Urologist, who took very good care of me throughout my treatment. All the hospital staff, from the lowest-level staff to the Financial Manager, treated us kindly and respectfully. Even though I am from Ernakulam district, I found the quality of treatment and facilities at this hospital to be excellent and comparable to good hospitals in Ernakulam. The charges were also reasonable and much more affordable than I expected. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Saravanan and the entire team at Holy Family Hospital for their excellent care and support. Highly recommended.

3 weeks agoI came to my husband with pain in his arm. He said he would come to get an ECG but it took him a while. He said there was only one ECG facility. Is that enough? If 2-3 patients come to a hospital urgently, should they wait? Another woman lying nearby came to get her pain and had to make a trip after about 1/2 hour. There is no shortage of money.
