IDUKKI District Co-Operative Hospital, Thodupuzha (IDCH)

I was admitted to this hospital recently for two days. It was a very difficult time for me, both mentally and physically, as I was extremely weak. During my stay, I received excellent care from the hospital staff. Although some facilities were limited due to ongoing work, the treatment I received was outstanding. I would especially like to thank Sister Leena, Sister Shiji, and another sister whose name I unfortunately don't know. All three of them took such good care of me with kindness and compassion. Thank you so much for your support and care. I am truly grateful, and I am very happy with the treatment I received

Today, I took my mother to the Cooperative Hospital as she was suffering from fever. The doctors were very kind, professional, and provided good care. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of the nurses in the casualty department. They were rude and did not communicate properly or provide clear guidance. Therefore, I request the hospital management to look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that all patients and their attendants are treated with respect and professionalism.
