in the last weekThis was the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. My brother was admitted with a fever on a Sunday evening, but even after two and a half days, there was no improvement in his condition. When we informed the staff that we wanted to transfer him to another hospital, they repeatedly asked us not to leave and assured us that he would recover there. Unfortunately, we did not see any progress, which left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. What shocked us the most was the bill of ₹53,000 for just two and a half days. We were told that several tests had been conducted, but no one gave us a clear explanation as to why so many of them were necessary. Based on our experience, it felt as though the hospital was more focused on generating revenue than providing effective patient care. Patient well-being should always come before financial considerations, but that was not the impression we got. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and improves its treatment quality, communication, and transparency.
