I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this boutique. I gave my blouse for stitching here, and they assured me they would provide a good-quality lining material themselves. However, when I received the final blouse, the lining material they used was so cheap and low-quality that the inside padding was completely visible and see-through. When I asked them to fix it, instead of taking responsibility, they casually suggested I "adjust by wearing a shawl" or pay extra money. Left with no choice, I spent my own money to buy a high-quality lining material from Maharani, Thodupuzha, and gave it to them. They insisted I pay full stitching charges again just to re-stitch it. To make matters worse, when I collected the blouse for the second time, I realized they hadn't even replaced the cheap lining with the new fabric I purchased and provided! They stitched it back with their same low-quality material. After spending so much money and making multiple visits, the blouse is completely unwearable. Utter lack of professionalism, zero accountability, and poor customer service. I strongly do not recommend this boutique to anyone.
